Jason has been creating original content for 20 years over a variety of traditional and new media platforms. His work includes feature documentaries, tv commercials and creative content for branded social media campaigns.

Jason leans on his extensive knowledge as a cinematographer to guide his visual approach and feels that successful filmmaking requires a cohesive team. It means his moviemaking process is extremely informed, efficient and collaborative. Jason's favourite projects embody a fun, youthful energy and utilize a ‘cinematic documentary’ style - where intrinsic and powerful frames bring content to life for the audience.

His web-series ‘Outside the Box’ with Bell Canada/TSN and the Whitecaps FC achieved 20 million plus views over four seasons. Early credits include directing promotional content for NBC Universal’s Battlestar Galactica and Summit Entertainment’s the Twilight Saga. Jason’s first feature documentary Pride of the Ride aired nationally on TSN in 2003. Recent projects include tv spots for Dr Oetkers and an extensive series of content for Adidas and their 2022 FIFA World Cup social media campaign
